Cancellation Policy

• Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance through our designated booking platform to allow for adequate preparation. • The standard rental period for rentals lasts up to 24 hours after your event. Extensions to the rental period may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. • Customers are responsible for setting up their rental items according to the provided instructions or seeking professional assistance if needed. • Customers are responsible for the safekeeping and proper care of the event rentals during the rental period. Rentals must be returned in their original condition and packaging at the end of the rental period. An inspection will be conducted upon return to assess for any damage or missing items. Customers will be notified of any charges incurred due to damages or losses. • Cancellations made earlier than 72 hours of the reservation date may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the specified timeframe. Any cancellations within the 72 hour window of the reservation date will automatically be charged a late fee. • BC Graphics is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the setup, use, or dismantling of the rentals. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety of themselves, their guests, and the venue throughout the event.
